Customer drops off
The customer places the item in the service locker. Within the organization, a notification is sent to the right recipient, and the item is picked up at a suitable time.
Customer picks up
The customer receives an SMS about the item in the locker, along with an unlock code or QR code, and collects the item at a suitable time. If payment is required, it is completed easily via a payment link in the SMS.

Company employee drops off
The item to be picked up is placed in the service locker and the customer’s phone number is entered. The customer receives an SMS with the locker information and unlock code or QR code and collects the item at a suitable time.
Pickup information is updated in the company’s log, which can be monitored via the cloud service. A reminder message can be sent if necessary. If payment is required, it can be processed using various payment methods.
Company picks up
When the customer brings an item to the service locker, a notification is immediately sent to the cloud service.
